The Spilsby Show welcomes applications from traders for outdoor stands, tables within the marquee and catering providers.
Craft Traders can set up from 11am and Outdoor Trade from 1pm on the day before the show or from 7am on the day of the show and must be finished by 9am. Dismantling may commence at 5pm and all equipment must be removed from the site within 2 days.

Outdoor Trade Stands
We welcome applications from a wide range of businesses and charities on a first come, first served basis. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse or return applications for stalls where we feel that we have enough applications offering similar products or services. Successful applicants are allocated a space, but will need to provide their own marquee, tent or stall and power supply if required.
Indoor Trade Stands and Craft Marquee
Indoor marquee pitches are sold in 10 foot wide x 8 foot deep units. A wooden table (approximately 6 foot long) and two wooden chairs are provided. There is limited space in the marquee, which is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Catering Stands
Spilsby Show aims to provide a range of catering provision at the show and as such welcomes traders to express an interest by emailing [email protected] by the end of January each year.
Due to the number of enquiries normally received, applications will be requested from a selection of those caterers following committee agreement early in February.
